Once a parcel is handed to the courier the timeline is theirs, not ours. If anything goes wrong in transit — delay, damage, a wrong scan — message us and we will chase the courier with you until it is sorted.

• Size exchange available — contact us first to check stock
• Customer arranges courier and pays shipping both ways
• ₹150 processing fee on size exchanges
• Item must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached
• No refunds on any order — exchange only

Not eligible: white jerseys and jerseys with white panels or white patterned sections, personalised items unless the print is faulty, and anything reported after the 24 hour window.
