The rules that apply when you use this website or buy from us.

1. Who these terms are between

In these Terms and Conditions, the words “we”, “us” and “our” mean Troys Squad, whose registered and operational office is at A10, Parsen Nagar, VGP Road, West Saidapet, Chennai 600015, Tamil Nadu, India.

The words “you”, “your”, “user” and “visitor” mean any person, natural or legal, who visits this website or agrees to purchase from us.

Your use of this website, and any purchase made through it, is governed by the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You accept that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we exclude liability for those to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Use of any information or material on this site is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that any product meets your requirements — including checking the size guide before ordering.

4. Our content

This website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including its design, layout, appearance, photography and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited except in accordance with the copyright notice forming part of these terms. Unauthorised use of material from this site may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

5. Trademarks

All trademarks reproduced on this website which are not our property, or licensed to us, are acknowledged on the site. Club names, crests, competition marks and sponsor marks remain the property of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the products offered and do not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

6. Links

This website may contain links to other websites, provided for your convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without our prior written consent.

7. Orders

An order placed through this website is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, a price has been listed in error, or payment cannot be verified. Where an order is declined after payment, you receive a full refund — see order processing and refunds.

8. Payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

We accept prepaid orders only — UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details at any stage.

We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed between us and our acquiring bank from time to time.

9. Product descriptions

We describe fit, fabric and crest construction as accurately as we can, and photography is of the actual product. Screen colour reproduction may vary slightly from the physical item. Player builds are cut slimmer than Master builds; please check the size guide before ordering.

10. Personalisation

You are responsible for the spelling, name and number you submit for printing. We print exactly what is entered. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once printing has begun, and cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or the print does not match your order.

11. Exchanges and refunds

We do not offer exchanges or returns on white, half-white or white-lined kits, which is most of what we sell. Refunds are issued in the specific circumstances set out in our order processing and refunds policy — including cancellation before dispatch, items out of stock, failed payments, and goods that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. 12. Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

Any dispute arising out of your use of this website, any purchase from us, or any engagement with us, is subject to the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law in India.
