Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 hours  without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 1 hours from the time the order was placed

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which you placed the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

    • 1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be acknowledged only within 1 hours hours after the order is placed. Any cancellations beyond this window will be at the discretion of our competent specialists at Troyssquad.

    • 2. For Cancellation, an email must be sent to troyssquad@gmail.com with complete details of the purchase and reason for cancellation.

Conditions for Returns

  • *THERE IS NO RETURNS AND REFUND APPLICABLE FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS* Returns only applicable for manufacturing defects or defects during transits only.
    A query has to be raised within 24 hrs of the receipt of the shipment.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or Whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If its approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Accounts or original method of payment, within a Seven working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank service, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchange(if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message at  Instagarm

In case of Size issue, Rs.100 per jersey will be charged for Resending the Product. Also, you will need to send us back the Product in same Condition with a Price tag . After getting the product back , a new shipment of different size will be sent.

  2. Timeline: Please notify our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order. Timeliness matters!

  3. Photographic Evidence: To expedite the process, provide clear photos of the issue. Visuals help us understand the problem better.

  4. Pre-Packed Images: Rest assured, we maintain transparency. Our team also has images of the product taken before packing.

  5. Assessment and Resolution: Once we receive your evidence, we’ll assess the situation diligently. Expect a resolution tailored to your needs—whether it’s a replacement, refund, or repair.

  6. White Products are Not Exchangeable and Not Returnable

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
