Once a parcel is handed to the courier the timeline is theirs, not ours. If anything goes wrong in transit — delay, damage, a wrong scan — message us and we will chase the courier with you until it is sorted.

• Customer arranges courier and pays shipping both ways

• Item must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached
• No refunds on any order — exchange only
