The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. Simply send an email to info@troyssquad.store with your order details and reason for cancellation, or give us a call at 7904768449.
What to Know
- To be eligible for a full refund, you must cancel your order within the one-hour window.

We’ll process your refund within 7 days using the original payment method. You won’t incur any fees for the refund.

Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only for items with manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping. Please note that customized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Start a Return
You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with the tag still attached. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within seven business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank service, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged, or for a size issue. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchanging a Defective or Damaged Item
If your item is defective or damaged, you can exchange it for the same item. Please send us a direct message on Instagram with photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to find a solution. Please note that we have images of every product before it’s shipped.
Exchanging for a Different Size
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you are responsible for the ₹100 processing fee and the two-way shipping costs. The item must be returned to us in the same condition you received it, with all tags still attached. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will ship out the new size.

White products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot process an exchange without receiving the original product or proof of its delivery.
