- Faulty on arrival is different. Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a short video of the fault, and we exchange it free.
- Wrong item sent? Same — 24 hours, photos and video, and we cover it.
- No refunds on any order. Where a claim is approved we replace the item.
